Who you will see

Care from Dr. Jacki White, D.C.

Dr. White has been practicing in Kingston since 2006, helping patients return to optimal health and function through chiropractic care. Treatments last about twenty minutes and draw on IFC, ultrasound, acupuncture, stretching and spinal adjustments as each visit needs them.

Dr. Jacki White

Chiropractor, D.C.

Grew up in Kingston and was introduced to chiropractic through her own sports injuries. She began her post-secondary education at Indian River Community College in Florida on a softball scholarship, graduated from Queen's University, and completed her chiropractic training at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.

Continuing education

Sport and beyond

Her continuing education has focused on sports injury and concussion management, acupuncture and myofascial release therapy.

Why relief lasts

Her approach

By addressing the surrounding musculature, not just the joint, spinal adjustments hold longer and give patients more effective, lasting relief.

Jacki works wonders! I had been dealing with Sciatica nerve pain in my lower back for a couple of months and couldn't seem to figure out a solution. Jacki was recommended to me and I'm so glad I went. She had me feeling better after my first appointment.
